Unapproved subleasing: A landlord should promptly respond when discovering that a tenant has subleased in violation of the rental agreement (ex: AirBnB)

We assist you with negotiating tenant requests for service animals, use of medical marijuana, handicap accessibility and other accommodations that may be inquired about by your tenant(s)
