Since its inception in 2010, Robin has been an essential part of the Fried & Williams team. As the Senior Paralegal at Fried & Williams, she has worked on more eviction cases than most real estate attorneys. Robin has redefined excellence. She has mastered the world of Bay Area real estate with a profound expertise in landlord-tenant disputes, commercial and residential leasing, rent control, eviction control, unlawful detainer actions, section 8 tenancies, Ellis Act evictions, OMIs, and more. Furthermore, Robin is an expert in the drafting, filing, serving, and processing of 3-day notices, nuisance notices, writs of possession, and beyond, to assure the timely execution of attorney and client requests. In all of this, Robin has created a mindset of perfection in the office with a focus on making sure each client receives the time and attention they deserve.

As a lover of the great outdoors, Robin is a high ropes course facilitator focusing on team building and leadership skills, an event staff member for the City of Sausalito, and serves annually as a volunteer coordinator for the Sustainable Enterprise Conference. If that weren’t enough, she is also a rocking bass player.
